Scaling quantum computing across interconnected processors requires software that accounts for both the quantum circuits being executed and the hardware connecting them. In this work, we introduce an open-source framework for compiling and scheduling quantum programs across multiple quantum processing units (QPUs). Given a quantum circuit and a target network configuration, the framework distributes operations across processors, incorporates gate and state teleportation for cross-QPU interactions, and generates execution schedules under deterministic or stochastic entanglement-generation models. Compatibility with OpenQASM enables integration with existing toolchains, while modular interfaces allow researchers to compare different partitioning and scheduling strategies. Our results show that the best-performing compilation strategy depends on the circuit and network configuration, and that connectivity both within and between QPUs significantly affects entanglement consumption. These findings highlight the importance of designing quantum hardware, network architectures, and software together.
